MINIMUM STAYS: Rooms are subject to minimum stays during
the summer season and at various times. Please check when making
reservations for more details.

SMOKING POLICY: There
is NO SMOKING in any of the rooms.
ADVANCE DEPOSITS: One night's deposit required for all reservations.
Mastercard, Visa and Discover are accepted. Personal check or money
order accepted for deposit, if received a minimum of two weeks before your
reservation date. An advance deposit must be received within 7 days
from the date that the reservation is made. Full payment due upon check-in.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposits will be refunded if we are notified at
least 8 days, or more, prior to date of scheduled arrival. There will be
a minimum $25.00 service charge for cancellations for any reason. Cancellations
made within 7 days, will lose their deposit. You are responsible
for the reservation you make, through the last day of booking.
PARKING: Due to limited parking, we must limit each reservation
to one vehicle. Sorry, we have no provisions for any extra vehicles
from mid-June through September. Visitor's vehicles are, therefore,
not allowed in our parking area. There are no trailers, boats,
RV's or any other kind of thing that does not fit in your single standard
parking space!
SPECIAL FACILITIES: Handicapped accessible unit, with curbside
check-in available.
*If possible,
please specify at time of making reservation any special needs for your
accommodations.
PETS: Certain rooms are pet friendly. There is an additional
charge of $15 per night per pet, and a signed security deposit for any
potential damage to the room. We expect all pets and pet owners to
behave with the fullest of respect for our property and other guests staying
with us. No barking and always cleaning up after your pets.
If you book online, you must send a follow up email stating that you
have a pet, so that we can adjust your reservation to show the additional
charge and make sure you are in a pet friendly room.
