additional person in room: $15.00 / night.

Policies
MINIMUM
STAYS: Rooms are subject to minimum stays during the summer season
and at various times. Please check when making reservations for more
details.
Single
rates available during off-season except holidays and weekends.
Check-In

Check-Out
Time: 11:00 A.M.
SMOKING
POLICY: There is NO SMOKING ins any of the rooms.
ADVANCE
DEPOSITS: One night's deposit required for reservations. Personal
check or money order accepted for deposit. An advance deposit must
be received within 7 days from the data that the reservation is made. Full
payment due upon check-in.
CANCELLATIONS:
Deposits
will be refunded if we are notified at least 7 days prior to date of scheduled
arrival. There will be a minimum $15.00 service charge for cancellations
for any reason. You are responsible for your reservation until the
last day of booking. In the event that you leave before the end of
your reservation, every effort will be made to re-rent, and a refund will
be forwarded minus the $15.00 service charge.
PARKING:
Due
to limited parking, we must limit each reservation to one vehicle.
Sorry, we have no provisions for any extra vehicles from mid-June through
September. Visitor's vehicles are, therefore, not allowed in our
parking area.
SPECIAL
FACILITIES: Handicapped accessible unit, with curbside check-in available.
*If possible, please specify at time of making reservation any special
needs for your accommodations.
